Perspective grid

Thanks to john and thomas :) Now I have a clear idea of what I will do.
So lets start by why we (I ?) want a perspective grid:
1) for the cloning tool (and maybe some other tool, like rectangle, circle...)
2) for perspective transformation
3) and as a visual guide for painting (that was the reason I wanted it in the
first place)
Here is my solution: the perspective grid is an object associated with a
layer, a little bit like the selection mask. And then the tools (or the user)
can use it for whatever they want.
