some info on the big coormanagement commit

Hi

Yesterday I moved large parts of colormanagement to koffice/libs/pigment

Basically KisColorSPace has become KoColorSpace etc

KisProfile has been ranamed a little more to become KoColorProfile

Also moved  are KisID and KisGenericRegistry. They have moved to 
koffice/libs/kofficecore. Incidentially Boudewijn needed them there 
independently so that was all very nice.

Currently the actual colorspaces (rgb_u8 , cmyk_u16 etc) are still in Krita, 
but I guess they'll move eventually

KoIntegerMaths.h can now be found in pigment, and it has gained the CLAMP 
macro if you need it.

histogram code is still in kritacolor (as the only thing more or less)
