Images open at 0.2/0.3% zoom level

On suggestion of Boudewijn the report here:

SVN build of yesterday.
Opening an image (via File->Open and File->Open Recent, but not via Recent
documents in the startup dialog) shows it at zoom level 0.2% or 0.3%.
