KisLayer::setX() and KisLayer::setY()

I noticed while working on the adjustment layers that there's no place in 
Krita's gui to set the x and y position of a layer exactly. Some time ago the 
x and y fields have disappeared from the layer properties fields, but there 
are still methods in the KisLayer class. We have only until Thursday if we 
want to bring them back into the GUI -- shall we, or shouldn't we?
