Regressions

[Boudewijn Rempt]

I've been going through Krita for the past week, fixing stuff and so on. But 
there are a lot of regressions and problems left. I'm committing them to 
todo-1.5 as I go.

I hope to fix all layer stack merge problems today myself, but I won't bother 
with the rest.
