Grow / Shrink / Border Selection

Hi, me again...

1.6 adds three options to the Select menu, being Grow, Shrink, and Border.

The Grow option works nicely ;)
The Shrink option works, but seems not to be added to the undo stack.
The Border option produces a 1-pixel thin border selection no matter what I fill
in - and seems not to be added to the undo stack.
