Have you got an account already? If not, follow the instructions at
http://developer.kde.org/documentation/misc/applysvnaccount.php. Then it's a simple
matter of 

cd koffice/krita/colorspaces (if that's the toplevel directory where you put your stuff)
svn add watercolors (if that's its name, use the name of the directory you used)
svn ci (this moves the stuff to the server, don't forget to write a nice message)
