Merging profiles into colorspaces

Halfway..

I have now removed references to profiles everywhere

krita compiles and amazingly it even runs :)

In effect the middle part of krita doesn't know about profiles anymore. The 
gui knows and the colorspace knows. but not tools, plugins etc (they never 
really did but had to carry the KisProfile around anyway)

Some things are still diabled though. Colorspaces are always created with no 
profile. I need to reprogram the registry to allow that.
