krita didn't compile for me out of the box, because several header files
are apparently included wrongly. They require that the respective header
is already installed. Example:

 ./plugins/histogram_docker/histogramdocker.cc:#include <kopalettemanager.h>

Same problem in other files and with other headers. I would have committed
a fix, but this may be a policy question.  :-)
