A few questions related to new files creation for a panorama creator template

well I thaught you could answer the subdirectory part :) as it's neither a 
filter, a paintop, a tool or a viewplugin. Maybe I should create a new 
directory for "templates" plugins. (or "misc" ?)

And to have the "panorama" plugins loaded before the "new/open file" dialog, I 
need to copy what the colorspaces do, I suppose ?
