A few questions related to new files creation for a panorama creator template

Hello,
I am working on a new plugin, a panorama creator, and I have a few question :

1) the plugin need to be loaded when the template dialog appears, so in wich 
subdirectory of krita/plugins do I put my plugin ?  What can I do to make the 
"panorama" template appears in the startup dialog ?

2) can I load a .kra (or creating a KisDoc) without creating a view ?
