I guess that means we won't ship cmyk...  There may be another way to handle 
cmyka, though, and that's by giving it the lcms colorspace id

(COLORSPACE_SH(PT_CMYK) | CHANNELS_SH(4) | BYTES_SH(1) | EXTRA_SH(1))

But I still need to test that.
