An even more flexible convolution painter

I've added something to make it possible to select which channel types are
convoluted to the convolution filter. For the feather code this means porting 
to the new function, but that's fairly easy.

By the way, feather now convolves the complete image -- wouldn't it be enough 
to take selection extent + kernel width/height?
