Convolution

I've started work on a more flexible convolution painter that also shouldn't 
add a bit of blackness on the bottom line when blurring. 

It's not as slow as I had feared, but the results are rather weird... 

It's not enabled, but if people want to play with it, it's easy to enable by 
flipping the if switch in kis_convolution_painter.cc.
