Rotate image dialog

I've added a rotate image dialog that is quite pretty and useful for simple 
rotations -- and familiar to users, because it's the same as in Kolourpaint.
This dialog neatly calls the right routines in KisView -- so it's as 
functional as anything.

I have two problems left, though:

* I want to give an old dimensions/new dimensions comparison. For that I need 
some way to access the dimensions of the layer/image after rotatating. The 
current rotate code doesn't give me that.

* I want a preview thumbnail of the rotated image/layer/(selection) -- and I 
haven't got a clue how to go about that. Bart, you've done the preview dialog 
-- have you any good suggestions for me?
