Hack the paintEvent in KisView, I suppose :-(. This never occurred before 
because with all tools we've had up to now, releasing the mouse button
meant the activity took place and the temporary lines were no longer necessary
and could be removed. And it's hard to switch to another window while drawing
a rectangle, so nobody noticed this.

I'm not having a clue at the moment -- maybe some inspiration will come... 
Getting the mirror method to just mirror the pixels, and not also the empty 
bits of the tiles is taking up a bit of attention at the moment.
