Hi,

I fixed the digikam based emboss filter and reenabled it in the Makefile.am. 
The difference between this filter end the convolution ones is, that this 
filter has a variable depth. So you could move it to the emboss filter 
submenu and call it variable depth.

In case you really want to remove it, it is o.k. with me. I just assumed it 
was removed from the Makefile.am because it did not work,
