Horrendous commit coming up

I've done the first part of moving all Krita dock palettes into a more
flexible structure. It's not yet possible to move palettes between dock
windows and the user configuration is not yet saved between sessions; also,
no menu actions yet for hiding/showing palettes.

However, since I moved about half of krita/ui to a plugin, and bits of
autobrush and autogradient to krita/core/resousces and generally made liberal
use of svn mv, you'll probably find that you need to compile Krita from clean
source.

If you don't already do so, this may be a good time to start building Krita
outside the source directory; that way you only have to rm -rf build/krita if
a similar reorganization happens in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenience...
