crash with transform tool - ramifications

Hi

The fix for no progress display I just commited crashes the transform tool.

This is because the transform tool is not able to supply a 
KisProgressDisplayInterface as it is a tool.

The fix for this is to let tools implement the KisProgressDisplayInterface.

This has been suggest before 1.4 but was abandoned due to lack of time before 
release.

I'll do that now, so if you are working on tools expect some breakage. Not 
much though - I hope.
