more classes in one file

Hi

Would it be ok to put more than one class in a file.

Specifically I intend to make a kis_filterstrategy.h and cc

where the base class and all the specific filters are.

Now each filter is only about 15 lines of code so it would be a bit to much with one file for each imho.
