I was reading Tunde Cockshott's thesis on his Wet & Sticky paint model (which 
you can get at http://www.cs.unc.edu/~baxter/projects/index.html, together 
with Bill Baxter's thesis), and I thought I'd write to dr. Cockshott asking 
for some code; he didn't have the code, but his colleague David England had, 
and he sent me the code to Wet & Sticky under GPL!
