Okay... Never assume you've got a view... Anyway, the kiskjsembed plugin still 
crashes and that's beyond me, but if that plugin isn't installed, everything 
starts, and you can paint a line :-). I have committed just now. Let the 
wailing, gnashing of teeth and fixing begin.
