Docker experiments

I've just committed an experimental config option switch between various 
docker/palette schemes. paletteStyle=0 means kivio-style sliding dockers, 
paletteStyle=1 means old-fashioned Krita dockers, paletteStyle=2 puts all the 
fills/brush widgets in the paintbox, and the rest in its own dockers.

I don't intend to put this option in the config dialog, I just want to find 
out what works best, and I cordially invite everyone to experiment with this 
stuff.
