The manifold meanings of 'depth'

We're currently using the word 'depth' for:

* The size of a pixel in bytes
* The number of channels in a pixel
* The number of colour channels in a pixel.

I want to reserve 'size' for the first meaning, 'depth' for the second, and 
'nColorChannels' for the third. In some places I've already made this 
consistent, and I'm working to do the same in the rest of Krita.

And I intend to make the colour strategy leading in this respect.
