Filters fixed

I think I've fixed all filters and paint ops, but I still have to test them. 
At least, they all compile now... I'm now working on making all tools 
compile, and then I'll move on to the view plugins.

Just so nobody feels the need to duplicate my work :-).

In the meantime, I've head reports of extremely slow painting again. Anybody 
any inkling of what may be the cause of that?
