I am not sure what you mean by that, if you mean that one can use PyQt/KDE and 
QtRuby/Korundum inside their script, this is true but one cannot yet 
(hopefuly it will be possible and easy with Qt4 and then Koffice 2.0) embed a 
Widget/Menu from a script in a Krita dialog.
