Done: I'll experiment with that setting and see if I want to commit it that 
way. Currently I don't have a functioning Krita because something went wrong 
when I tried to fix the two views toolbar bug.

My mind was a blank, a void, an empty hole when I tried to think of something 
to call the toolbar. Suggestions are welcome!

Colors are a little more complicated, because we need to support so many 
different ways of selecting colors (and the most interesting ways of 
selecting a color have only been discussed, not even implemented). So here I 
think we're going to stay with the dockers, not the popups.
