[PATCH] make ellipse/rectangle/star draggable (Alt), and proportionally resizable (Shift)

Hi,

would you please consider this little patch: it allows to correct the
placement of an ellipse, rectangle, or star while it's being resized
if one presses the Alt key and to resize ellipse and rectangle
as circle and square (i.e. same behavior as in GIMP).
