Clarence Dang shows a lot of good taste in his dialog designs, I think. I've 
nicked the design for the image/layer size dialog from Kolourpaint, too. 
(I'll add a combobox to select between the different scaling algorithms, 
though, in Kolourpaint there's only resize, qwmatric scale and Qt 
smoothscale.)
