Regressions

Apart from the recent compilation problems, I'm afraid we have a number of 
regressions in Krita's stability. One of them is that it's no longer possible 
to create a new document from a running instance of Krita. I think this has 
to do with the removal of the ImgTypeConstant.

Another is that it's no longer possible to paint with the image brushes. I 
guess that this is either an artefact of the work Adrian is doing on brushes, 
or of changes in the composition code for RGB (because CMYK has always given 
the same effect, and I know that CMYK is bugy).
