Thanks a lot! I hadn't noticed that. The bug remains, though. I've made an 
example:

I made a continuous black line, and used the fill tool at the point I coloured 
red. As you can see, not only the inner area is filled. Also notice the 2 blue 
line segments in the white area: they are not connected to any other filled 
area.
