bicubic interpolating zoom

Hello,

David Hodson contacted me and pointed out a plugin he wrote for GIMP to me 
that also uses bucubic interpolation. You can download the plugin from:

I also went to our library this morning and looked at some books about 
digital image processing. But they all had only very basic facts about how 
images can be scaled.
