Krita's already got a sort of MDI with the image pages in one Window -- which 
could become a system where clips from various pages are combined into one 
image I sometimes fancied -- the kind of MDI where there are more than one 
image window floating in a larger window is something I'm going to put my 
foot down about. Fancy dockers is another thing altogether.
