A new brush

[Boudewijn Rempt]

I'm going to check in a new attempt at a brush tool. My 9-year old rather 
liked the effect, but it isn't what I intended -- it seems that the alpha 
keeps getting added up or something. And I strongly suspect a new memory 
leak. But it looks cool, and it uses all the various brush shapes :-).
