Windows porting

Hi again,

now that I saw the second JSC-on-Windows patch submitted to Apple's
Bugzilla I'd like to stress: (with the exception or regexp support) kjs
has been ported to Windows quite some time ago and is in production use by
some companies (like Ian's or mine).  So before applying quick&dirty hacks
submitted by other parties I suggest asking here or comparing whether KDE
SVN contains a clean solution already. Platform specific code is mostly
guarded by #ifdefs. I also have some patches for MSVC 6.0 but never
submitted them due to the compiler's age and their ugliness.

KHTML has seen some porting work, too.
