It doesn't look broken here. 

Anyway I am getting tired of people who claims acid2 is broken. They are 
right, but they don't realize the test is broken by nature. So I've created a 
fixed version that it works for all font-sizes and zoom levels, modulo that 
you have to adjust the fixed scalp.

You can send it to people who claim that it looks broken for them.
