Patchlet: avoiding a Type Error

The attached patch avoids a confusing "KJS Type Error: Null Value" in the debug output
when xmlhttprequest.send(null) is called. The error was cleared afterwards, but it's
still confusing, when the whole thing can be done cleanly with Object::dynamicCast().
