This message is to all KHTML developers, KDE, Apple, Omni, and more. I am on
the conference board for the open source desktop conference in Ottawa this
summer. It does look like it will go ahead. Based on the response during
the X11 developers conference in Boston last month, I think it will have a
very nice turnout. As I mentioned before, we would like to have a track
dealing with the browser and browser technologies. I think it is very
important for KHTML developers to meet in a productive environment and I
think we can facilitate this in Ottawa this summer. The conference is set
for the two days before OLS, July 19 and 20. You can find more information
at http://www.destopcon.org/ . Ottawa is, in my opinion, a perfect place to
meet since it's roughly in the middle of the geographic distribution of KHTML
developers too. Is there any chance of seeing you attend? I think we will
have at least one or two KDE KHTML developers present. It would be nice if I
could get an answer either way, if that's possible.

Again, I think this is a great opportunity. Let's try to take advantage of
it. I think we might even be able to get Mozilla developers there too. They
were at the Boston conference and I suspect at least one will attend in
Ottawa too.
