kjs warnings

I just noticed a few curious warnings in KJS:

date_object.cpp:259,274
warning: `%x' yields only last 2 digits of year in some locales
date_object.cpp:270
warning: `%c' yields only last 2 digits of year in some locales

Could this not cause some unexpected behaviour?
