Having dug around more, I found out that the clip rect is always correctly 
set, so the bug must be somewhere else. Spilling also takes place for 
overflow:hidden. Interestingly, clipping works correctly in KDE 3.2.3.

Well, at least I didn't cause it. Therefore I'll commit now.
