updatePositions vs. updatePosition?

Hello,

Webcore 125 uses a RenderLayer::updatePositions method which calls 
updatePosition and recursively positions all its child layers. Older Webcores 
and khtml don't do that.

Is it a feature of incremental repaint? As khtml doesn't support that yet, is 
it safe to put the marquee stuff into updatePosition (which I'm going to 
merge soon, hopefully).
