I tried HEAD, and to my delight khtml does now try to interpret JavaScript in 
xml (it's funny how many khtml improvements I miss though being a khtml 
developer myself ;-) ).

Though, the attached testcase still doesn't work in khtml (throws some "null 
object" error. Is getElementsByTagName not impl'd for xml?). Compare to 
Mozilla to check what the testcase should do.
