New line layout code...

So the new line layout code in WebCore-146 is very experimental and 
therefore very buggy.  If you want to start merging it, do so with 
caution.  I will send you fixes as I make them to close the bugs in 
repainting, crashers, etc.

Here's a fix for a crash on alaskaair.com when clicking on the 
Schedules tab.
