short -> int in RenderObjects

I haven't actually fixed this specific bug yet, since I have to remove 
the short overflow guards from the table files.  Doing so has exposed a 
layout test failure though where large explicit widths on table cells 
are being ignored by other browsers but not by us... I'll need to study 
this a bit further before I remove the table guards to figure out what 
other browsers do.
