patch to fix redrawing for table elements with background images

Yeah. I've done something similiar now based on the notifyFinished() callback 
which we have in our tree for a while now. 

BTW, I don't seem to get your comments in the patch, what is wrong with the 
renderObject getting triggered to repaint when its background image finished 
loading?

Sorry, can't follow you here. the incremental repaint should make an effect 
when the layout changes. But I haven't seen a background image affecting 
layout.
