Well.. something written down tends to demotivate people since they consider 
it to be "written in stone", so when they disagree, they might decide to go 
play somewhere else instead. Thats not my intention.

But this assumes people willing to agree on common guidelines and the good 
intention to follow them. So far I haven't noticed that.

BTW, many of "my" rules are just very weak "do's/don't's". only very few rules 
are strong, hence why I was asking before I would spend time on something 
noone cares about anyway.
