There are still quite some QMIN/QMAX left.. also khtmllayout.h's aliasing fix 
was not in safari 1.2. you're getting fatal errors with any non-gcc or gcc >= 
3.3 there. 

also, this patch I sent here about a year ago is still not merged.. could you 
please commit it?
