CSS: min-height

I plan to get to that pretty soon.  min/max-width are implemented in 
Safari 1.2 for all elements except for positioned elements and table 
cells (but nobody uses it on table cells anyway). min-height/max-height 
aren't implemented at all, but shouldn't be too hard to do.
