Not without testing. 

some things that have to be validated are: 

onload handlers are invoked in the right order when iframe loads before 
document. 

onload handlers are invoked in the right order when document loads before 
iframe. 

onload handlers are invoked in the right order when they're dynamically added 
or removed in various orders. 

one onload handler does not disable the other onload handler and vice versa. 

did you verify your patch?
