PS: did you subscribe to khtml-cvs? If so, then I don't have to forward the patches :)
The work on namespaces and ID lookups is finished, the code in CVS HEAD is now
quite clean and efficient. I can't send it as a single patch, because there were many
iterations since the branch, so the best would be if you could pick it up by looking
at CVS HEAD.
